Joint Industrial Cooperation Forum (ICF)

The Joint Industrial Cooperation Forum (ICF) supports EU health emergency preparedness through structured cooperation with stakeholders from the medical countermeasures ecosystem. Co-chaired by DG HERA and the Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW), it brings together Member State authorities and industry stakeholders active across the medical countermeasures value chain.

The ICF facilitates dialogue and knowledge pooling across the medical countermeasures lifecycle, from innovation and manufacturing readiness to scale-up, procurement and stockpiling, and provides consultative input to support the implementation of the EU Medical Countermeasures Strategy and the work of the HERA Advisory Forum.
